Steiner Williams is a Private Equity AI Researcher at ToltIQ, where he supports the AI Research Team by analyzing, comparing, and testing generative AI systems to advance the company’s research initiatives.

Before joining ToltIQ, Steiner co-founded and operated a small business in Topeka, Kansas, during the summer of his freshman year, successfully managing it for two years. He also gained experience in risk management and business operations as a Risk and Compliance Intern at Protiviti.

Steiner recently graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Management and a minor in Business Analytics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management. During the summer of 2025, he led his team to a second-place finish at the European Innovation Academy, further sharpening his leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Outside of work, Steiner enjoys traveling, gaming with friends, and continuously developing new skills that broaden his perspective both personally and professionally.
