ToltIQ has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance with no exceptions noted — an independent, rigorous attestation of the strength of our security controls. ToltIQ is also certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, covering the assets, technologies, and processes for the secure provision of the ToltIQ platform. Our single-tenant architecture is designed to keep each client's data isolated, and we maintain robust encryption both in-transit (TLS 1.2+) and at-rest (AES-256).
ToltIQ implements strict role-based access controls, continuous vulnerability scanning, and regular third-party penetration testing. We adhere to Zero Data Retention policies and never use client data to train AI models.
For US-based clients, all data resides exclusively in the USA under a comprehensive Information Security Program. European clients benefit from dedicated AWS infrastructure based in Dublin, Ireland, to allow customer data to be stored locally to enable customers to streamline their GDPR and EU AI Act compliance efforts.
We also provide multiple layers of user-based privacy protection including:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Role-Based Access Control: Our platform supports Regular Users and Admins.
- Document Access: Regular Users can manage documents in standard deals. Only Admins can manage documents in Vault Deals.
- Privacy Settings: Option to choose Firm-Wide (visible to all users) or Private (restricted access).
