Christa Jagnanan is the Executive Business Partner at ToltIQ, where she coordinates cross-functional AI initiatives and drives operational excellence across the organization. Her responsibilities include managing monthly KPI reporting and business performance analysis, project tracking and client onboarding.

Prior to joining ToltIQ, Christa served as Finance Associate at Swift Capital Partners, where she seamlessly integrated executive operations support with financial management responsibilities. In this role, she developed their CRM system while strengthening her expertise in bridging operational and financial functions to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Previously, Christa was a Project Manager at Moey, Inc., an interactive design and property development firm where she led cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects.

One notable project Christa managed was the design and development of Marsha P. Johnson State Park in Brooklyn, N.Y. Her work has been recognized through several awards, including a Recognition Letter from N.Y. Governor Kathy Hochul's office for project management, and the Damian Award for Outstanding Business Intern from the Hetrick-Martin Institute.

Christa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo.

Outside the office, Christa embraces her Caribbean heritage through dancing to Soca music and exploring culinary traditions from around the world. Whether she's experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen or discovering authentic cuisines at local restaurants during her travels, she's passionate about experiencing different cultures through food.
